As "iron sharpens iron" Tomeria has been instrumental in helping me challenge my own thought processes and ways of doing things.  No matter how long you have been in your field, you will leave a conversation with Tomeria with a new perspective and tools to advance your objectives. She is a consummate professional with a wide range of experiences to share. It is refreshing to have conversations with someone who can relate to the particular challenges I've experienced in corporate America and offer advice of value.
